Kayisi ve Hindistan Cevizli Cupcake - Apricot, Sour Cream And Coconut Cupcake

Genelde hafta ortasi kek veya kurabiye turleri cok yapiyorum. Daha cok cocuklar icin yapmaya calisiyorum okula gotursunler diye :) boylece yeni tarifler denemek icin firsat da cikmis oluyor bana..

Degisik bir lezzet kayisili cupcake, ister konserve kayisi  isterseniz taze de kullanabilirsiniz.

*1 cup 240gr'lik su bardagina es deger*
Gr. karsiliklarini da yana ekledim.

Malzemeler
-1 + 1/3 cup un. (220g)
- 1 + 2/3 cup hindistan cevizi (45g)
- 1paket kabartma tozu.
- 125g. tuzsuz tereyag.
- 1 cup seker (230g)
- 2 yumurta hafif cirpilmis.
- 1 cup kayisi nectari.
- 1/2 cup sour krema (kati yogurt kullanabilirsiniz)
- Yaklasik 15 tane ikiye bolunmus kayisi konservesi
- 1/4 cup kayisi marmeladi veya reseli. ( elinizde yoksa hafif isitilmis 2 yemek kasigi bal kullanabilirsiniz)

Yapilisi

Firini 180 dereceye ayarlayin.
Muffin kalibina kagit muffin kaliplarini yerlestirin.
Unu ve kabartma tozunu bir kaseye eleyin.
Hindistan cevizini ekleyip karistirin ortasini havuz gibi acin.
Tereyagi ve sekeri kucuk sos tenceresinde tereyag eriyene kadar karistirin ve kenara alin ilinmasi icin.
Hafif catalla cirpilmis yumurtalara kayisi nektarini ve sour kremayi ekleyip  cirpin.
Erimis sekerli tereyagini ekleyip tekrar cirpin.
Sivi malzemeleri unlu karisima ekleyip tahta kasikla malzemeyi iyice karistirarak birbirine harmanlayin.
Malzemeyi muffin kaliplarina ustten 1 parmak eksik  bolusturun.
 Ortadan bolunmus kayisilari ic kisimlari uste gelicek sekilde tam orta kisma hafif gomerek yerlestirin.
Onceden isinmis firinda  yaklasik 20-25 dakika pisirin.
Sure sonunda kalibi firindan alip tel izgara uzerinde ilinmaya birakin.


 Ilk sicakligi cikmis muffinlarin uzerine kayisi receli veya hafif isitilmis 2 yemek kasigi bal surun.


 Servis esnasinda yaninda sour krema veya bir top dondurmayla lezzetine lezzet katarsiniz :)

    Mısır ununa gelince ben fırından aldım kavrulmuşmu bilemiyorum ilk kez sizden duyuyorum kavrulması gerektiğini.

    1. Nursevincim yengelerim karadenizli, onlar kavrulmus misir unu getiriyorlar bende hep misir ununu kavrulmus saniyordum :) normal misir ununla insallah yapacagim canim tarifini :)
