Malzemeler
- 1,5 cup un.(250gr'lik su bardagi kullanin)
- 100gr. tuzsuz tereyag soguk ve kup halde kesilmis olsun.
- 1 yumurta.
- 2-3 yemek kasigi soguk su.
- Bir kucuk kavanoz ancuez.(salamura edilmis minik hamsi)
- istediginiz kadar cekirdekleri cikarilmis zeytin.
- 2 yemek kasigi sizma zeytinyagi.
- Taze kekik (kuru da kullanabilirsiniz)

- 2 yemek kasigi siviyag.
- Slayz dogranmis 3 buyuk bas kuru sogan.
- 3 dis ezilmis sarmisak.
- 2 yemek kasigi taze dogranmis kekik yapragi.
- Taze cekilmis karabiber.
Yapilisi
Firini 200 dereceye ayarlayin.
Un ve soguk tereyagini mutfak robotuna alip ekmek kirintisi kivamina gelene kadar cekin.
Yumurta ve soguk suyu ekleyip hamur kendini toparlayana kadar tekrar calistirin.
Hamuru top haline getirip strec filme sarip 30 dk. buzdolabinda dinlendirin.
Genis bir tavaya slayz dogranmis soganlari alip 2 yemek kasigi sivi yagi ekleyin.
Cok kisik ateste soganlari yakmadan arada cevirerek yaklasik 30dk. karamelize olana kadar kavurun.
Dovulmus sarmisak, taze kekik yapraklari ve taze cekilmis karabiber ekleyip karistirin.
Karamalize olan soganlari atesten alin ve ilinmasini bekleyin.
Buzdolabinda dinlenen hamuru ister iki yagli kagit arasina koyup acin, isterseniz hafif unlanmis tezgah da 5mm. kalinliginda 28cm. ebatinda yuvarlak acin.

Uzerine karamelize olmus soganlari esit sekilde dagitin.
Yagi suzulmus ancuez'leri istediginiz gibi dizin zeytinleri yerlestirip 2 yemek kasigi sizma yagi gezdirin.En son uzerine bir kac dal taze kekik yerlestirip onceden isinmis firinda yaklasik 20-25dk. pisirin.
Ancuez tuzlu oldugu icin ic harcina tuz eklemedim.Damak tadiniza gore ekleyebilirsiniz.
