Ricotta Peynirli Ekmek Tarti

Evde kalmis bayat ekmek degerlendirmesinin en leziz yolu :) Icine istediginiz malzemeyi damak zevkinize gore ekleyebilirsiniz.Hem bu sayede ekmek israfinin onune gecmis de oluruz.
Gecen hafta sonu aldigim yemek dergisin de gordugum gibi denedigim ve ev ahalisi tarafindan cok sevilen bir kahvalti cesidini  ogrenmis oldum.


Malzemeler

- 12 tane 2-3 gunluk tost ekmegi.
- 4 yumurta.
- 1/3 cup krema.
- 2 yemek kasigi dogranmis taze sogan yapragi (chives)
- 100gr. ricotta peyniri (normal beyaz peynir veya taze lor peyniri de kullanabilirsiniz)
- 3 dilim pastirma (istege bagli sosis, salam da olur)
- 1 tane kabugu cikarilip minik kup halinde dogranmis domates.
-Tuz, karabiber.

Yaplisi

Firini 160 dereceye ayarlayin.
Muffin tepsisini hafif sprey yagla yaglayin.
Bayat kare ekmekleri merdane ile hafif acin ve kenar kisimlarini kesin.( kesilen kenarlari kroton yapabilirsiniz)
Ekmek dilimlerini yaglanmis muffin tepsisine kalibin seklini alacak sekilde yerlestirin.
On isinmis firinda 5 dk. bekletip firindan alin.
Ic malzemesi icin yumurta ve kremayi cirpin.
Icine tuz, karabiber ve dogranmis taze sogan yapraklarini katip karistirin.
Ricotta peynirini elinizle ufalayin, pastirmalari dograyip yumurtali karisima ekleyip karistirin.
Yumurtali karisimi ekmek kaselerinin icine bolusturup tekrar firina verip 15 dk. ekmeklerin kenarlari hafif kizarana kadar tutun.


Cay demlenene kadar cok kisa bir surede hazirlayabileceginiz nefis bir bayat ekmek tarti :)
